These terms cover the apps, games and software that Plumfire LLC makes ("Plumfire", "we", "us"), wherever you get them: Google Play, our own websites, or anywhere else we publish. By installing or using one of them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
We've tried to keep this short and readable. If something here is unclear, write to us at support@plumfire.dev.
Using our software
We give you a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use our software on devices you own or control. Unless an app says otherwise, it's free to use.
Some of our projects are open source. For those, the license that comes with the source code (for example, the MIT License for Firekeeper) governs what you can do with the code itself, and it takes priority over these terms wherever the two disagree.
For everything else, please don't copy, resell or redistribute our software or its artwork, music and other content, and don't try to get around any technical limits we've built in, except where the law lets you do so anyway.
Purchases
If an app offers anything for sale, the store you bought it through (such as Google Play) handles the payment, and its terms and refund rules apply to that purchase. If something you paid for doesn't work, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
Your content and your privacy
Anything you create with our software is yours. We don't claim ownership of it.
How each app handles your information is described in its privacy policy, listed at plumfire.dev/privacy.
Play fair
Please don't use our software to break the law, to harm other people, or to interfere with our services or anyone else's use of them. If an app has online features, we may limit or end access for anyone who does.
Updates and changes
We may update our software, change or remove features, or stop offering an app. We may also update these terms from time to time; when we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using our software after a change, the new terms apply.
No warranty
We make our software with care, but we provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We can't promise it will always work perfectly or without interruption.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Plumfire won't be liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or lost profits, from using or not being able to use our software. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in question, if anything, in the twelve months before the claim.
Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live, including in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. If anything here conflicts with those laws, the laws win.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, except where your local consumer protection laws say otherwise.
